Bart McLeroy is a real estate consultant with over 20 years of real estate experience that includes property management, multi-property portfolio management, commercial sales and leasing, international real estate transactions, and strategic consulting. Whatever your real estate needs are, he can put his experience and expertise to work for you.

Bart is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and registered Property Tax Consultant. He is also a licensed Washington Managing Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Collin County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Real Estate Advisors. He holds the Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE) designation, and has earned advanced degrees in real estate and logistics consulting.

A real estate consultant is equipped to advise you on a wide range of real estate-related issues, even if you're not ready to buy, sell or lease at this time.
